Being responsible to lead a team that was focused on continuous integration and continuous improvement for their software. During my work, we effectively pass several huge phases, hired new team members, researching and testing the newest technology, discussing how we could blend the latest technology on top of our routine process while slowly moving and get a benefit for the team to learn and continue improving skills.
